I'm Bryn Griffith—Bachelor of Science (Honours) Sports, Fitness and Coaching, founder of Team Evolve (300+ members) and a cycling coach who has built Evolve into one of the most active Zwift racing communities in the UK.

I coach cyclists from beginners to competitive racers.

But here's what matters:

I'm not here to sell you a generic plan. I'm here to help you actually achieve your goals.

The Human Element

  • ✗ Answer your questions at 10pm before a race
  • ✗ Adjust when you get sick, injured, or travel
  • ✗ Explain WHY you're doing each workout
  • ✗ Hold you accountable when motivation drops
  • ✗ Know what "tired" means vs. "overtrained"

AI gives you a plan. A coach gives you a relationship.

Both have value. But they're not the same thing.

MY APPROACH

I don't compete with AI—I work WITH it. You can keep your Zwift/TrainerRoad subscription (I recommend it). I provide the coaching layer on top:

  • Strategy (what you're training FOR)
  • Context (WHY you're doing each workout)
  • Adjustments (when life gets messy)
  • Accountability (when motivation drops)
  • Race tactics (how to execute on event day)

AI = Your workout library.
Me = Your coach who tells you which workouts to do, when, and why.

BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL (15 minutes, free)

We'll chat about your current training, goals (races, FTP targets), what's working/not working, and which package fits you best. No pressure, no sales pitch.

CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE

If we're a good fit, you pick your package and sign up. Payment is via Direct Debit or PayPal on the 1st of the month.

ONBOARDING (Week 1)

You fill out a detailed athlete questionnaire. Then we have our first proper coaching call (30-45 mins) to review your background, set goals, and build your initial plan.

TRAINING BEGINS

You get your plan and we're off. You train, I coach, we adjust as needed.

RESULTS

Over 3-6 months, you'll see clear progress: faster times, higher FTP, podiums, and confidence on event day.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A: You wouldn't—if you just want workouts. But if you want someone who knows YOUR goals, adjusts when life gets messy, gives you race strategy, and answers your questions... that's coaching, not AI. Keep your Zwift subscription if you want (I recommend it). Add me for the coaching layer on top.

A: Yes, but coaching works best over 3-6 months. One month isn't enough to see real progress or build the relationship. Most athletes commit to at least 3 months.

A: Life happens. If you need to pause (injury, life chaos, etc.), just let me know. If you need to cancel, you can do so anytime—no contracts, no penalties. Monthly billing makes it flexible.

A: For Structured Training: Helpful but not required (we can use heart rate or RPE).
For Hybrid/Full Custom: Highly recommended. Training by power is more effective, and I can analyze your data better.

A: Absolutely. I coach everyone from first-time cyclists to competitive racers. We'll start where you are and build from there.

A: Yes—if you want to get faster, race better, or have specific goals. Fit cyclists often benefit most from coaching because small adjustments make big differences at higher levels.

A: No problem. We adjust the plan. Real life happens, and good coaching works around it. That's literally the point.

A: Yes. Tell me what you're training for and I'll build the plan around it. Road races, time trials, sportives, gravel events, Zwift racing—all of it.

A: Yes. Start with Structured Training and want to upgrade to Hybrid? Easy. Just let me know.
