Which package is right for you?

Silver suits you if you're self-motivated and mainly want the structure: a plan built for you, updated monthly, and someone to check in with. A power meter is helpful but not required here; heart rate or RPE work fine.

Gold is for when you want real coaching, not just a plan: a call every two weeks, weekly support, race strategy and a plan that bends when life gets busy. A power meter is strongly recommended.

Platinum is for competitive riders who want every detail looked at: weekly calls, daily contact, nutrition, pacing and analysis of your power files and video. A power meter is strongly recommended.

Is a coach worth it vs a Zwift AI coach or training app?

A Zwift AI coach or a training app gives you workouts. If workouts are all you want, that may be enough, and it costs less. What it can't do is know your goals and your life, change the plan when you're ill, travelling or wrecked from work, plan your races and pacing, or answer your questions. That's coaching. Keep Zwift if you like it: I work as the layer on top, and Gold includes a Zwift AI or custom plan, whichever suits you.

Cheaper options: plans and the workout library

Not ready for coaching? My structured cycling training plans drop straight into your TrainingPeaks calendar, and the cycling workout library has 150 structured sessions you can ride today, in Zwift or anywhere else.

Is a cycling coach worth the money?

You're putting in the hours but your FTP hasn't moved in months. You're following a generic plan that doesn't account for your life, your races or your weaknesses. When things go wrong, you have nobody to ask.

That's not a fitness problem. That's a coaching problem. Coaching works best over 3 to 6 months: that's how long it takes to see real progress and build the relationship. Find out more about online cycling coaching with Bryn.

How to start

  1. Discovery call: 15 minutes, free. Goals, current training, and whether we're a good fit.
  2. Choose your package: Silver, Gold or Platinum. Monthly billing, no contracts.
  3. Onboarding: an athlete questionnaire, then a 30 to 45 minute call to set goals and build your plan.
  4. Training begins: your plan is in TrainingPeaks. You train, I coach, and we adjust as life happens.
  5. Results: over 3 to 6 months, higher FTP, better race results and confidence in every session.

Cycling coach cost FAQs

With me it's £75 a month for Silver, £100 for Gold and £125 for Platinum. Monthly billing, no contracts. Team Evolve members get £25 off every package.

No. Monthly billing, no contracts, no penalties. If life happens, just tell me and we'll work around it.

Yes, but coaching works best over 3 to 6 months. One month isn't enough to see real progress or build the relationship. Most athletes commit to at least 3 months.

You wouldn't need one if you just want workouts. If you want someone who knows your goals, adjusts when life gets messy, gives you race strategy and answers your questions, that's coaching, not AI. Keep Zwift if you want. I work as the layer on top.

Yes. Start at Silver and want to move up? Just let me know and we'll switch from the next billing date.

Yes. Team Evolve members get £25 off every package.
