What it does
Train, fuel and recover with a plan.
A plan that fits today
Plans for cycling, running, swimming and triathlon, built around your race. Every session adapts to your sleep, readiness and training load.
Ride mode
Your phone becomes the head unit: live watt targets, block countdowns and beeps. Send sessions to Zwift, and to Garmin and Wahoo through intervals.icu with one-tap sign-in.
Power profile
Critical Power and W′ from your rides, the way a sports lab does it. Import .FIT files and check your FTP is set right.
AI coach
Ask what to ride today, what to eat before a session or how to taper. The answers use your own training, fuel and recovery numbers.
Strength

Calorie and macro targets that rise on training days. Scan barcodes, save meals and get fuelling advice for today's ride.

Questions
Good to know
Can I use it now?
Yes. Open the web app on your phone and add it to your home screen. It's free while we finish the store versions.
When is it coming to the App Store and Google Play?
We're working on both now. Members of the Team Evolve Discord hear first when it goes live.
Does it work with Zwift, Garmin and Wahoo?
Yes. Send any session to Zwift as a .zwo file, or to Garmin and Wahoo through intervals.icu, which connects with one tap. You can import .FIT rides from any of them. Finished gym sessions save to Strava. Rides come in through intervals.icu, so link Garmin, Wahoo or Zwift to intervals.icu directly. Apple Health and Health Connect come with the store app.
What happens to my data?
Your training, food and body data stays on your phone. It only leaves when you use a feature that needs it, such as asking the AI coach. No adverts, no tracking. Read the EVOLVE privacy policy.
I'm a coaching client. Do I pay?
No. Premium is included with Silver, Gold and Platinum coaching.
